Q: HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
A: A confirmation email containing your unique Order ID is automatically sent upon the successful completion of your order. This will be sent to the email address provided when you made your purchase. Please email our Customer Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your Order ID so they can check the status of your order(s), give you your tracking number(s), and a link to where you can monitor the delivery status of your parcel(s).
*Note: Remember to check your spam folder or junk mail should you not find your confirmation email in your inbox.
Q: ORDER RULES?
A: If you order and want to refund/cancel BEFORE your item is shipped out, we can grant you this request. If you order and want to refund/cancel AFTER your item is shipped out you will be charged a $15 restocking fee per item (fee varies on the products ordered). Once your items are shipped out there are NO RETURNS accepted unless the item is damaged/faulty upon arrival (must show proper proof). Q: IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE A RETURN?
- We will ship another product if the item is damaged/faulty upon arrival after we analysed the situation. if you wish to have a refund due to not liking the product(Personal Opinion) you may have one but all the returns costs are at your hand To have a refund you must return first.
Q: DOES BRANDY J SHOP PROVIDE A QUALITY GUARANTEE FOR ALL THE PRODUCTS BEING SOLD?
A: Our goal is to give the best shopping experience for all our customers. Should you receive a damaged or wrong item, please email our Customer Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance and we’ll surely get that addressed the soonest time possible.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
-Yes, you can cancel only on the day you placed the order, Please think before buying. we don't give refunds for reconsiderations. We take our shipping really seriously and ship the item asap to deliver the item quickly to our client.
We will give an immediate refund if the item hasn't shipped.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
- Please allow at least 18-30 days for your product to arrive.
If you are ordering from outside the US, shipping times may be longer. If you haven't received your order within 60 days, we will gladly refund your money. You can check the status of your order from the tracking code (check email) we provide you.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
A: Yes! We serve the international market, thus, we do worldwide shipping of orders. There may be countries that we no longer cater to due to certain limitations.
I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS, WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE?
Often, when you order multiple items different distribution channels are being utilized. As such, many times each item will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you.
Q: HOW MANY PRODUCTS CAN AN AMBASSADOR ORDER;
When you apply for the ambassador's program it clearly specifies that you can only get one product. If more than one product is selected we will select one product for you of our choice.
Has for the general orders, an ambassador can buy unlimited items.

Q: WHY DOES SHIPPING TAKE SO LONG?
Since we have a really high demand of orders, processing will take more than usual. Shipping is something really expensive, the shipping takes longer than normal due to the fact that the product is free.
Q: HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING FOR GIVEAWAYS?
Processing time for giveaways may take up to 7 days due to an Overwhelming demand.
Normal shipping takes up to 20-30 days (US) OR 30 to 60 days rest of the world
HOW MANY PRODUCTS CAN I GET IF I WIN A GIVEAWAY?
You can only get one Product for a giveaway win. If more than one item is ordered, you will only receive one. We will decide on the item. To get more than one giveaway product you must make several purchases.
